Pricing policy
We follow your pricing.
- We follow the pricing policy each brand sets.
- Where a brand has a minimum advertised price (MAP) policy, we list at or above it.
- When you update your policy, send it to us and we update our listings to match.
- If you see a price of ours that does not follow your policy, email us and we will correct it.
Listing accuracy
Your product, presented correctly.
- We use the product names, images, and descriptions your brand provides or approves.
- We do not add product claims beyond what your brand states.
- We keep listings consistent with your current packaging and product information.
- If anything is out of date or incorrect, tell us and we will update it.
Reorder process
From first order to steady reorders.
Account setup
We review your terms, minimums, and pricing policy, and send the business documents you need from us.
Opening order
We place an opening order that meets your minimums.
Sell-through
We list your products accurately, at prices that follow your policy, and track how they sell.
Steady reorders
We reorder on a regular rhythm, so you see consistent demand rather than one-off purchases.
